because i have infection in 2 teeth they retreated it and infection didnt go away they want me to get them pulled but i dont want to get them pulled if i cant get implants

They will not be free, but will be at least 1/2 of what you would pay a dentist in practice. Expect to pay $ 1000 – $ 1500 per tooth.
