Q & A: Has anyone had experience with a dental implant or bridge?

My dentist told me to replace the option of either an implant or bridge to a gone tooth. With the implant I had a bone transplant, because there is no bone in this area, but I do not want my excellent teeth ground off by a bridge. The tooth is in the front between my teeth and start it is really visible. If I get an implant, I want to go digging my dentist and a specialist because I find it really nice and want to mix with my other teeth. The terrible thing is that I have heard both implants and bridges conservational near the gums. Has anyone had experience with both? Recommendations in San Diego for an implant specialist? What should I use?

answer kds1974 I
have a bridge in the same area. I was there for 7 years now and it looks good. I think it looks better than the original teeth. Have not had any problems or discoloration. My dentist said this is the better option, seems like he often said implants replaced sooner. >

I never have heard of an implant is conservational at the gum line. Grown-up crowns that a thin metal layer collar previously had more hygienic than a porcelain combined to metal or porcelain butt margin, but with advances in technology and materials laboratories they use a gorgeous crown make / bridge / implant without that look “conservational.” Verify Use the Dental Society in your area or question someone you trust who go to them if you are dissatisfied with your current dentist.

A dental implant looks like are not only better but also more than a bridge. Implants have not discolored. The implant can initially be more expensive and require a longer process, but in the long run is a much better choice. In San Diego 6th Avenue Periodontics & Implantology try. Dr. Niakiani should be excellent.

in my office so much that I constantly with implants. I’ve never seen one conservational at the gumline, but I have cases to see everywhere the implant is visible through the fabric, and you can see a darkness. Most dentists try, implants house to do whatever possible to keep this, especially on a front Zahn.Ich really have an implant itself. I cracked a tooth and knew that the chances of a root canal and crown were not successful to be high, so I told my boss to extract the tooth and an implant. I do not Komplikationen.Bridges require the dentist to cut their teeth on both sides of the gone tooth. I would not recommend this for the gear you speak. Chances are not excellent looking natural. A bridge on one side of his mouth, may not look symmetrisch.Ihr dentist should be able to give you a referral to an oral surgeon or periodontist implants not in your area.

depends on everywhere you live. I would say it’s about seinetwa 1500th for the implant itself (oral surgeon’s fee) undetwa 700th-1000. for the crown after it healed (dentist’s fee) per tooth. Hang out in a consultation and question them to be siesteht say to you.

answer MoochDawg26
The above prices are right, and the healing takes about 3-6 months before the final crown is placed.

response from Robert F
The total fee for a dental implant is $ 3000 for my dentist.

answer from Ben
I reckon all the prices below do not take insurance. I have my Delta Dental Plot and co-payments are 20%, so for a $ 750 procedure, I pay about $ 150 out of pocket. Did you have a dental implant or crown? There is a website with information about how much should cost all sorts of things: Dental Implant Costs-http: / / www.costhelper.com / cost / health / dental costs implant.htmlCrown-http: / / www.costhelper.com / cost / health / dental crown.html
