Yes they are going down, especially for dentalservice4less members. They get 25% or more discount on dental implants.

What do you reckon? Answer below!

average cost of dental implant

I went to another state before the uncovering of the implant. After I went, I questioned another dentist to uncover the implant, and yet another doctor to place on the crown, and the implant failed only 1 to 2 weeks after the crown had been place on. I felt pain when chewing with the impalnt and the implant was loose immediatelt after the crown was place on. I do not smoke and followed all the instructions of the dentist who place the implant in. That dentist has a policy of redoing the implant for free, but since I have went to another state, this is not a matter-of-fact solution. In this ordeal I have lost thousands of dollors. Implant is not the same as a regular doctor/patient case of which the cost is covered by insurance if there is one. I paid out of my pocket and the implant was “quaranteed” a success by the dentist. I reckon it is reasonable for that dentist to refund the cost since it is obious his responsibility, let along the troubles and suffering I had to endure.

Why did it fail? The ones that do so are very small. But to answer your question, whenever you are dealing with the human body, there are no guarantees as to the success of any type of treatment. If there were so people would not get doctor or hospital bills if they die during the treatment or their cancer treatment was not successful This is an example. So no you would not be able to get a refund on your implant.

How long did you have it? Did you follow the dentist’s instructions? Do you smoke? If yes, you may have contributed to it’s failure. Did the dentist guarantee it for life? I don’t reckon so. We are not dealing with a car here. Everybody is different and as grandpa walleye said, “whenever you are dealing with the human body, there are no guarantees as to the success of any type of treatment.”
