How to choose a mouthpiece for boxing?
I’m a 23 year-ancient woman and I need a mouthgard for cut and thrust (no competition)… What should I be looking for?
I have to say I had braces and getting a tooth implant so I seriously don’t want anything to happen to my $ 5000 teefs… lol

go to your orthodontist and question about custom fited mouthguards, the heat and bite guards are way better than the generic toss in’s, but they dont equate to the custom fits. But here are some other options just incase those are too expensive
