Lasik eye Surgery and Dental Surgery is very safe currently. It is very cheap in India. There is one company that is very well-known in India that arranges Eye surgery for foreigners in India. They are called the Forerunners Healthcare.I read a lot about them in the Newspapers and about their patient tales.

I have also read that they arrange financing for american and canadian patients as obesity surgery is not covered by insurance. They also have photos pasted of their International patients. You can checkout their website. The cost savings are incredible. As a doctor i personally believe that your eye surgery can be easily handled in India as the quality of healthcare available here is simply best in the world. The surgeons are USA/UK trained and facilities are 5 star.

My cousin got her Eye surgery &Dental Surgery in India through the forerunners healthcare .She is more than very pleased with the results. She just paid 25% of the quantity she was quoted in USA and is all praise for this forerunners healthcare company.hope this helps

affordable dental implant

Someone told me that some schools will offer free or discounted dental implants at medical schools as part of teaching the students about the procedure. I don’t believe that. Dental implants are very expensive even for one tooth.

Have you heard of this?

Answer by Huge Dan
No, it’s right ! Be aware though, it is a student doing the work, and they screw up occasionally, but you volunteer to be their guinea pig when you accept their services.

They do not do it at medical schools, but they do at dental schools. And the students are meticulously monitored by their teachers, so you need not worry that you are being a guinea pig or that the procedure will be done incorrectly. The teachers have to approve and grade each step that the student does. You will have to pay for the treatment and the materials, but it will be less expensive than seeing a dentist in his/her office. If you have the time to sit for hours to have a procedure done and are close enough to a dental school, then go and see what they can do for you.

You can get discounted implants at a dental school not medical school. The implants are done by dentists who are still in school and working on their specialty. The whole procedure is overseen by a specialist who has extensive dental implant expertise. This is not for everyone. It might take more time to complete the procedure and you have to be available at specific times. You also have to find out if the school is accepting new patients.
If you want to find out if there are dental schools in your area check out the list of US dental schools.
