as anyone ever had a implant placed where a impacted tooth with little bone support was removed?

i will need to take out an impacted tooth that was brought down by orthodontics. it is my front tooth (#9). will i need a bone graph, my dentist say i i have alot of bone loss since the root was surgically cut small with the root erupted.

Answer by Doc…
Two necessary things for establish: suffiecient bone help and excellent periodontal circumstances. If you dont have the required bone help, then yes, you have to undergo bone grafting procedures for implants.

yes im waiting for a sinus lift it called where they pack bone from a pot into the area where the bone is needed and place the establish in at the same time the heeling time is nearly 6 months and then the crown will be placed and the tooth looks natural

Hi
If a dentist already looked at the tooth then he probably knows what he’s telling you. To be better educated and know what his talking in this area , look at this very informative website –

they will match it to your current color

Get a whiter establish if you plot on whitening your teeth one day.

Yes, they match them to the colour of your teeth. So, what that means if you bleach your teeth now you had better be prepared to keep on doing it since the establish will not discolour in the same way.

What ever colour you want them to be you had better shape now. Mine are stained from medication I had as a child so I had to get my establish the same colour. If I ever get no matter what business done in this area the stains (which are through and through in my teeth) then I had better be willing to get the establish changed to match.

Hi,

If you reckon you may like to have bleaching done one day and are having an establish done now I would also get the bleaching done now, although they will match it to you teeth as they are now if you don’t have them sun-bleached.

You will have to pay for it as it is a cosmetic procedure not elemental so the NHS will not pay it for you.

In the do I work in we charge £350 for both high and lower bleaching and for a 16 year ancient in full time education this is a lot of cash, so if you want it done I would be very very nice to your mum and dad.

Excellent luck with the establish, they look splendid when they are in, I’m sure you will be pleased with the outcome.
