I’m applying to a program that desires to know if I ever had surgery. While I’m not ashamed of having this done or believe it will disqualify me from the program, the hospital I had it at can’t find the records which will slow my application process.

Most liable it will….though, depends on what type of x-rays are taken for medical clearance…….
