Q & A: Dental implant - is it worth it?

Q & A: Dental implant - is it worth it?

was told this morning that, according to filings, a root canal and numerous crowns that my upper second molar (15) can not be saved. I have a healthy mouth realtively apart from this tooth had, but I’m aplastic my upper first molars affect the operation of this tooth would leave me on the top molarless linken.Ist really a conundrum? The only way I have received an implant that both require bone grafting and sinus lift and would cost me $ 6,000 out of pocket (that is, with some help from insurance), and take a year and take a half to complete. If you add the time, money and risk, I’m not sure I really believe that tooth. While neither the dentist or the periodontist took a bridge that shows everything that I read that I had two impeccably healthy teeth to do hurt, so I see no other options. Anyone out there have any advice? At the moment I have not had the tooth extracted and the remaining Paro says I can continue for numerous months with a fleeting

all you have to do, I’m not sure what the best option would be in your case be, but you certainly need a bridge or implant. The lower left molar tooth must have an rival or it could start to shift out of position.Sie should doubtless have your dentist and periodontist to get together, then discuss all options with you so that they help you make the best pronouncement.

From what you say, a bridge would not be an option for you. With your tooth, a molar (15) and with you gone digit (14), there is no option for a bridge, a permanent solution would be. Sometimes dentists crown of the unfilled tooth, and then a fake tooth in front or behind him. This type of two-unit bridge is called a cantilever bridge and is usually not for molars because of the giant pressure exerted on it Thanks again. With this type of bridge, they would have to crown point 13 and place a fake tooth to replace fifteen. Since you are gone digit fourteen digit fifteen is next thirteen? I take upon yourself that because you never digit fourteen so I would accept digit went in fourteen fifteen square. Now with the implant. Yes, there is a conundrum. worthwhile. Only you can choose but if you do not want to place an implant is to see your other teeth in the upper layer. The molar on the floor, the “matches” to meet digit fifteen (18 or 19, depending on how your mouth) is finally “supererupt” because they see no tooth closing in. People do not realize, but if You are not apt, meetings teeth on the top and bottom, these teeth do not grow on a “buddy” to close to finally continue and possibly fall out. This does not happen overnight, it takes some time, depending on your mouth. I have two implants (# 2 and 20) and I like them. I have had no problems. I have not had a sinus lift for the upper ones have, but I’m in a small minority. If you do not wish to invest in an implant still a question in part, for this tooth, or possibly a house holder to buy a small time and a chance to save your money. Personally, I would try the implant, but only you can answer, when is the right choice. Excellent luck. On a side not, if you are a smoker or not, excellent care of your teeth than an implant may not be the choice for you. You have a fifty percent failure rate in heavy smokers and people with a description of not taking care about their teeth. This does not, as you signal like you have invested so much in this one tooth.

You can not have a bridge. Someone previously clarified why. If you do not wish you could get an implant a removable part. It would snap in and out of his mouth like a cage. It is much cheaper. Your regular dentist, you should have given this option. It is not because of with something that is not firmly in his mouth, but it is an acceptable alternative treatment is preferred.

I had all my teeth and root canaled crowned in 1994. You are such a terrible job all my upper teeth gone and the ground will soon follow. I live in Sao Paulo for a year and would reflect the real world prices are for these types of dentures like it.

best dentists in the world are Brazilians and Argentines. Believe me, if you cost-American dentist, you will want to equate at half price. They have dreadful treatment my son teeth here in the U.S. plus, not only that I may pay $ 3,000 and you know how much me in Brazil that cost? Only $ 1,500. Do not hesitate to do it in Brazil!

I agree with Paul would. A wisdom tooth confiscation, that was in the U.S. for $ 5000 U.S. estimated minimum (vital hospitalization, etc.) I have done in Brazil for a total of $ 600R. No hospital is necessary, no dry socket, fantastic Arbeit.Dental and medical products are much cheaper. I would certainly question other foreigners in SP for recommendations, though, some dentists will look to a foreigner and reckon: “Ka-Ching” Possibly a forum like brazzil.com gringoes.com or for specific recommendations SP.
