What is wrong with my dental implant?

few implants were removed in the upper jaw and after the first few bites I noticed that it included this small tiny infection on the right side of the gums, so went back to the dentist he told me that the bones are in graphs that the infection may have caused, therefore, necessary in order to get cleaned (bone graph) then he has again the gums peeled uses a laser to the area clean, said (he me that the implant is in excellent condition so it will not remove, it is) then he’s back and sewn questioned me again in five days to remove the stitches. been removed after the bite, I started tasting something weird like a metal or something, but I have not really thought it would go away in a few days but this morning I just noticed a blackish color in this area, and I took a closer look in it, it’s like part of the implant and I’m nervous and panicked at the moment and the thing is the dentist is closed on Sundays but will go tomorrow, my question is, why should this be done? Have you ever heard something like that? Thanks in enhancement.

I’m not sure I know why you do not have a job because of dental problems. Not everyone has perfect teeth … not a excellent excuse for not working. My husband had severe dental problems. He has worked in the same job for over 20 being and makes a decent salary, but there is no way we could afford implants.
