you need a crown on top of a tooth to place a dental establish can replace your entire tooth.

not sure what your trying to question. A crown is a cap that is roofed to your unfilled tooth. Dental implants replace the roots of gone teeth. With implants are placed and to heal a crown on the establish is attatched.
If a tooth is gone, can be an establish placed in the bone, and then a crown (CAP) will go up drauf.Wenn the tooth still exists , has discolored naughtily broken but /, etc.. and crown are placed on the tooth is filed up to a “stump” … An establish can take the place of a tooth that was once bestow, but a crown can not take the place of an establish, since you still have some tooth substance to the crown on .. ~ I, know what I want, but it does not signal aptly .. juuuuuuuuuust hope you be with you.
