Can crown lengthening ruin the site for a future dental implant?

Can crown lengthening ruin the site for a future dental implant?

I need to have 2 crown increase procedures done on 2 molars. They have to take out some bone bandanna to expose more tooth structure to keep the crowns glued on. Is this bone removal during a crown increase procedure minimal? Or would this slight bone removal maybe end the site for a future establish if the crowns fail? If too much bone was lost to help an establish is there a way to add back bone to help the establish?

implants go way up, crown lenghting wont hurt the site.

They have ones at the dental schools at Harvard and Ohio State. Not sure what you mean by “mini”, but they are each 1 year.
