A dental implant is nicer because it stays in house all the time.
The bridge is hard to eat with, and the metal makes your mouth dry.

I’d have to agree with LeeA. I don’t have a bridge but I’ve seen a lot of them and although some people really like them most don’t. The thing that I don’t like about a bridge is the hurt that needs to be done to the surrounding teeth to make it fit right.
I’d stick with an implant. It’s expensive but they do incredible work now! It feels more like a real tooth and it holds the space just as well. You won’t have to deal with a larger appliance, just something that is the same as your tooth!
Find a excellent dentist, that is the key to any work you’re going to have done. Especially if it’s something this expensive and this permanent!
Excellent luck!
Hope it helps

the dentist has to assess the case. but certainly if in your case implant can be given that is better than the bridge, As for charitable bridge the support has to be given by two adjacent teeth but in implants the adjacent teeth are not affected. For more informationon the bridges and implants you can visit the following linkof a very informative website.

they further have the facility for free dental consultation.

First of all, the costs are about same. If the adjacent teeth are strong and healthy, implant might be a better option. The advantage of implant is it doesn’t remove any tooth structure and it doesn’t place extra load on the adjacent teeth. Have said that, not everyone is eligible for an implant treatment. If you are not eligible for implant then bridge is your choice especially the adjacent teeth are not very healthy and may need crowns. The advantage of bridge is you don’t need to go through a surgical procedure. No matter which treatment you are going to take, make sure you clean and floss the area daily afterwards. Excellent luck! There was a time when there were only few dentists trained in dental implants and were not reachable (affordable) to all, dental bridge was the best option. It has not lost its efficacy now, as not all patients can afford implants. If done properly and excellent material used, bridges do continue to have their life span of 15-20 being same as before. If you can afford dental implant expenses out of the pocket, certainly go for it.
