Tooth implant question?

Tooth implant question?

I had a tooth establish that failed. A few days with the establish was done, I urban an infection in the establish area which was treated successfully with antibiotics. May maybe the infection have been the cause of the establish stoppage? If not, what would be the possible cause?
I had had a root canal many being ago. My dentist wanted to take out the cap since he said my gums have receeded and food was able to get trapped below the cap. He removed the cap and establish that indeed, there was some decay. I too antibiotics and once the infection vacant, he attempted another root canal but said he couldn’t go deep enough. In this area a month with the root canal attempt, he did the establish. I questioned in this area antibiotics the day he did the establish but he said they weren’t necessary.

No skepticism the infection was the cause. Did the dentist wait for complete healing prior to placing the establish or was it an immediate placement? Also what was the first cause of the tooth loss? Many factors can cause establish stoppage.

1. It has been well-known in journalism that an establish can fail in an area of a earlier failed root canal treated tooth with subsequent infection.

2. Also, it can fail if there is an infection of an adjacent tooth

3. If you have uncontrolled Diabetes Mellitus

4. If you have a crown placed on the establish and the bite / occlusion is off on that….since of the repeated shock the bone nearly the establish breaks down.

5. The same can happen if you are a bruxer; i.e., you clench and / or mill your teeth even as wide awake or in take a nap.

It is hard to tell just so what might have caused the stoppage.

You can, but, try to assess if there was any evidence of infection then by taking a look at the immediate preoperative and postoperative x-rays (during the establish placement) .
