Lack of sleep out of nervousness after implant placement?

From the day I got the standard pre-implant tissue preparation medications (antibiotics, some weak cortisone derivative, and antihistamines)

, I’m a little nervous and had difficulty to sleep. I am now 23 days post-op with continued awkwardness of and find myself wondering whether other factors (such as electric frequencies, meridians or EMF) may be at work, now that the drugs have to take off, or whether “it is simple in my head and I must give him time. <> Also, I wonder what impact EMF can on titanium implants have, and if you display a link to the reference. your nervousness, try St. John’s to be a herbal remedy so completely natural. if you do not sleep, take some valerian tea before you sleep? make sure you relax a little everyday … do some exercise, laugh a little. The operation probably isn’t the sole cause of your nervousness .. Think about it publicly in depth and find the roots and try a logical solution.
