Q&A: After tooth is extracted pain still?

i heard that if you get a tooth pulled out, the tooth contrary it will fall out of its socket. Therefore you cant leave an extracted tooth socket empty right?

The reason im asking is i got my tooth pulled about a month ago- It was a lower moler, now the tooth contrary it, the upper moler seems to be hurting and coming down. Geeze does this mean i have to get a surgically implanted tooth now? Heard that cost a lot of money, and takes a lot of time to get done. right or am i incorrect?

Teeth are held in by bone and tiny ligaments. It may feel like the upper tooth is lowering but I doubt it. It is just adjusting to having no pressure against it when chewing. If you want to replace the lower tooth you can get a bridge or an implant. neither is cheap.

Yes tooth implant is very expensive but also long lasting. The cheaper option is called “bridge” but it has certain life-spend. Why dont you question your dentist for advice?

really when u lose the opposing lower tooth,your upper tooth will be over erupting

the tooth is held by ligaments,but the effect of gravity and there’s no opposing tooth to held it in house,makes it comes down

to solve it,u need to replaced the gone lower tooth.either by implant,or bridge or denture

Dude, if you really like her you wouldn’t have to question. Besides, implants are effectively indistinguishable from the real deal. Believe me, my kid sister was in a terrible car accident and had some teeth shattered. She’s got implants and nobody knows… except you guys.
