Does anyone have any missing back teeth and do ok without it?. I lower right, closest to the front so it could later effect my cheek. And it is difficult to chew. I’m just of dental implants after reading so much about them and the chance of hitting that nerve in the jaw and then fear any pain .====================== ==============

could live without it, but an implant would definitely be the better option. Overtime, you always lose bone density in the mandible of the missing molar, your food will be influenced to eat chips can become painful and annoying. I work in an office, deals mainly with implants, and while every patient is a little different, most of them have had little pain after the implant was put in and are very happy when its done.

live with as long as it is not their “smile” too much. No biggie. You will not be the feeling, with that tooth used to overtime, and there you will favor the other side of the mouth during chewing.

against the tooth that is missing more than likely at the end of erupting. This happens when a tooth is not to touch on an opposite surface. Their roots are exposed and it is very painful, I would always suggest an implant, or if you’re really afraid, I would suggest replacing the beginning of a partial lower denture, the missing tooth.

the # 1 molar. I had the # 3 located on both sides of the top and have absolutely no Probleme.Das is because they are back and most are, you can not see when you open your mouth as wide as possible. You may not interfere with chewing and the lower molars have not bekommen.Wenn I missed # 1 or # 2, I would definitely replace it with an implant. In fact, # 1 and # 2 on my right side, implants and you never know. They feel just like my own teeth, and they are perfekt.Einfach good surgeon, usually a perodontist and make sure he / she specializes in implants hat.Ein good surgeon is not the nerve and no or minimal pain afterwards be. I do not remember any pain, maybe a little discomfort a few Tage.Good Luck

Missing a first molars can create potential problems. We have most of our chewing with the first molars. If you have a molar empty space behind the drive for this tooth to the front and a reduction of the gap potential. This could be potential problems with the placement of a bridge or a Implantat.Zahnimplantate like a scary option may sound, but they are not. How much pain were you in when you had a molar removed? After the implant is placed, you should expect to have fewer complaints haben.Die chances of hitting a nerve very low. support in the back of the average lower jaw, especially in younger people with normal bone, there are many bone for implant placement. This means that even if the implant made it all the way to the bone, it is still a good distance between the nerve and implant you werden.Fragen your dentist would recommend her. Get a second opinion. See who you feel comfortable with.

I have dental implant in the bottom right within the last year. There were no problems or complications. In the past week, the gums from the implanted tooth started hurting and got bloated. The rest of the gums are fine. I started to floss more, and it seems to be more irritating to the gums. This morning looked like the whole gum before the implant like a giant bubble (sorry. .. gross) and was bleeding quite a bit (but not fast). Who knows what’s going on ?====================================

a very close friend of mind has had trouble with their implants for the past year as well. She made an appointment with their dentist to try to walk the ground and it sounds like you may want to have a look at some of your gums as well. Good luck, but if you like my friend is going, this has a terrible year for you.

It sounds like you have an abscess. Do not worry about it too much, it’ll be gone. But in the meantime, try to avoid it because it is likely all the time, because it hurt.
