How long must I wait before working out again after dental implant surgery?

I had the screw from the dental implant placed into my jaw on Monday. It hasn’t been bleeding except from the initially day, but Im a very active person. I feel perfectly fine and have the urge to exercise. When is it safe to start again? What kind of exercising is not strenuous? Thanks

I just know that dental implant costs way much than fixed bridge. But is it worth the cost? Or a fixed bridge may also be considerable?

hi
When considering a dental implant vs bridges we must take the following considerations into tab:

• Jaw bone resorbtion – Treatment with a dental implant involves placing implants in areas where here are no teethand by so doing, the bone area is stimulated again and this prevents long term bone loss in that area.

If a bridge that connects 2 teeth is used instead of a dental implant, difficulty is not applied on the jaw bone! Therefore the bone is not stimulated and starts to shrink away. End – dental implants preserve the underlying jawbone.

More considerations:
•Oral health
• Durability
Oral cleanliness
Esthetics
• Treatment plot flexibility
• Fee
