How long do I have to get an IMPLANT installed in my upper tooth regions before my teeth start to "drift"

How long do I have to get an IMPLANT installed in my upper tooth regions before my teeth start to "drift"

I had an high tooth pulled from towards the back of my backtalk a link of months ago and now there’s a gap of course. I do want an establish, but knowing the deprivation and the fact I have to save up for this, how long do I have before my teeth drift away from each other and I end up with hideous gaps in my smile teeth?

Thanks.

I would worry more in this area bone deterioration. Once the roots of the teeth are gone the bone starts to resorb. The quality of bone will determine whether or not you can even get an establish. As for tooth shifting I can’t say as often this will depend on the party.

Excellent answer from Skeeter, the longer you wait bone resorption can occur! If you had a tooth removed from towards the back of your backtalk, don’t worry too much in this area the front teeth drifting and putting gaps in your smile. Teeth tend to drift forward, so you may want to have some sort of “spacer” or place holder-type machine to keep the posterior teeth from crowding the empty interval.

I have three implants, two of them were fine one of them failed and had to be re-done. The procedure is very simple and takes in this area an hour to do. There will be some discomfort afterward but mine never lasted more than a day or two, you need to be careful for the first ten days since there will be some stitches. Some things that impact the placement of an establish are….the density of your bone and the area that the establish is being placed, high back teeth can be tough depending on how low your sinus cavity is. Over the last few being there have been so many advances in establish technology very nearly anyone is a excellent canidate. With 3 to 6 months the establish will have healed and with being checked by the periodontist (the specialist who will do the surgery) you will get the ok to go to your dentist to have a crown place on. The total time initiation to end for an establish seems like a long time (4 to 8 months) but is very much worth it, mainly considering the alternatives….Doing nothing is ok but over time teeth go which may maybe exchange your bite and the look of your smile, a join is another option but you must crown the tooth in front of and behind the gone one in effect ruining two excellent teeth and in the end the cost is comparable. implants are appx $ 3000 total, a 3 unit join is in this area the same. The best business to do is have a consult with a periodontist (they dedicate yourself to in gum and bone issues of the backtalk) they will be able to answer all your questions. I hope this info helps you….excellent luck
