You may want to call your local dental colleges. Dental implants are very expensive and quite a lengthy process. I doubt that they will, though it doesn’t hurt to question them.

No. No free service for adults. You CAN visit a dental college for cheaper priced, high quality service but it is never free.
Visit ada.org and search their website for dental colleges in your state.

First of all, make sure that you brush and floss very well and see your periodontist and general dentist often. You’ve lost a lot of teeth already. But the bridges on the left side should stay intact for a long time.Though, nothing will last if you don’t take very excellent care of it.
Implants are a nice option for some people.Only your dentist can tell you if you are a candidate for this.an implant is a small metal rod implanted into the jawbone(it “replaces” the root area of a tooth)Once that is healed your dentist will make a crown for implant .It will look like you natural tooth.Sometimes dentists will house a few implants and place a whole bridge over it, when you have a lot of teeth to replace.
As far as your married life= it should have no influence at all.Really, it might improve it.No offense but people with periodontal disease(active) usually have very terrible breath.Getting your mouth cleaned up and keeping it clean just might improve things!
