Can the dentist take off the implant and change it? and how can to know if that implant is Noble Biocare?

in 12/september 2006 made screw implant in 1/1 <> two stage (USA), but the dentist place them not excellent alittle forth-putting from all teeth, in 5 january 2007 he place the crowns 1/1.

because the crowns are forth-putting one tooth was break.

ONCE THE SCREWS HAVE INTERATED INTO THE BONE THEY’RE IMPOSSIBLE TO REMOVE.
WHAT CAN BE CHANGED IS THE MOUNTS THAT ARE ATTACHED TO THE IMPLANTS, AND THE WAY THE TEETH COME TOGETHER.
THE DENTIST HAS ALL THE WRITTEN DOCUMENTATION FOR THE TYPE OF IMPLANT THIS IS.
