You can search within Latin America. The level of technology and education of dentists are the same as in in US (usually). And even not so poor people go for dental visiting the attractions.

I agree with Ales Normales user :)
I don’t know all countries, but Latin America have some nice dentists, with a very similar education and affordable prices. In Brazil the implants costs is between 600$ ~900$ (excellent ones), nearly same price as Costa Rica, for example, but possibly the trip costs plus the treatment would make the implants more expensive, depending on how many teeth you want to implant. Before any travel try to check if there is any universities that could make your implants with an affordable price.
If you really need travel, check the clinic before. I know some people that made wonderful treatments in Brazil and Mexico, while others just chosen the dirty cheap with low quality material and had to make the treatment again.

The implant will be stronger in your jaw that the roots of the tooth were. You will like yours. Excellent luck

An implant is the most realistic option to a normal tooth. It will be as strong or stronger than the tooth that it is replacing.
