Can dental implants be crafted from old x-rays?

I am now gone two teeth, but I have ancient x-rays showing the size, shape, and placement of the teeth before. I now wear a bridge, but the bridge doesnt position the teeth in the locations that my original teeth were in. I am very attracted in getting implants, but I am concerned if the surgeons could mimic my original smile. I feel the placement of those two teeth GREATLY effects my smile, and if I am paying for something permanent, I want it to be what I want.

I have to go to an oral surgeon for the inplants and a dentist for the crowns to be place in. what will the average cost be for each of these parts
