any one know where to get free major dental work, my braces caused alot of damage?

Need to have teeth pulled and implants. In California so that would help if close by, unless you want to sign me up for a dental makeover.

You can join the military or do a crime and go to prison as these are the only free dental I know of. Get a job that has dental benefits. UPS has excellent benefits for even the part time employees and their family too.

Or you may maybe go to Mexico where you can find excellent dentists at very reasonable prices.

But free? Not going to happen.

Free dental work may be a wishful thinking in the US. Why not go back to the dentist and aver hurts if braces have caused all that hurt to your teeth. Or find another dentist who may offer you payment plot. Additional than that travel abroad to one of the best dental clinics in India where quality is comparable and prices so low that it will be as excellent as free for you. Yes. There are a couple ways to temporarily and inexpensively replace a tooth. First, there is a “flipper or stayplate,” that is removable. Second, there is a way to “bond in” a fake tooth (any plastic or porcelain), by attaching it to the surrounding teeth.

I need advice on dental implant.

Just a month ago, I broke my high front tooth due to accident. I still have the bone until the suface of the gum. 3 options were agreed to me, denture, join and establish. Of course the best solution to it is establish. First, the dentist questioned to extract my tooth and wear denture for the period of time like 3-6months to let my gum grow before the establish. Later another dentist suggested not to extract my remaining bone inside the gum, and to let me to wait for the establish when I’m at about 21-22years ancient, 1-2 years later because my gum will look nicer when establish at the later age. I don’t really wish to wear denture for long, after experience wearing it a day. I wish someone may maybe give me a few better suggestions or alternatives. So that I may maybe know more before I go back to dentist again. Thanks

I have dental implants and had what is called “teeth in a day” They remove the tooth, place the establish and the tooth in a one day surgery. No wait and no dentures. I never wore dentures (see my avatar that is my new smile)

Now the procedure agreed to you was the ancient way of doing dental implants and some dentists still do implants this way. The vital business to remember is to find someone to place the establish that does implants often with fantastic success. Not just any dentist can do this. It takes fantastic skill and knowledge.

I’m certain they are having you wait due to your age. You probably have some growing to do.

Dental establish is more costly, but, in the long run you will be more pleased. If you are fully grown I recommend you see an Oral Surgeon or Establish Specialist for placement.

Another option one dentist may give you is a BRIDGE…which I don’t recommend. DON’T let them touch any of your teeth that are in excellent shape. Always opt for the option that will place your excellent teeth in their natural shape.

If you have to wait, the “Flipper”, mouth piece with a tooth emotionally involved…will look fine until you are agreed additional options.

what ur dentist says is assess. but it is up to what u do but impatience has never paid off to well for anyone i know. as far as the experience of dentures for a day, you will get use to them and find they are not as terrible as u reckon even if they are miserably horrible at first. my advice is to not rush into a choice and trust ur professional. like anything else in life, there may be an simple way out but u need to reckon of what is best in the long run.

Any extraction site needs to be allowed healing time which is patient dependent – generally 3-6 months. It would be only then that conventional establish placement surgery would be apt. In the impending period you will wear a flipper.

Since you do not want to wear any kind of denture, then immediate load establish is the option. In certain situations if the socket made at the extraction is a bit large, bone graft material would be necessary along with establish adding considerably to the overall cost. You may have consult with an oral surgeon/trained implantologist and proceed from there.

ok so none of my teeth have fallen out but the front high and bottom are really messed up. like my top 4 teeth are weirdly spaced and the two front ones are really huge and spaced. my bottom row is a complete mess. all the first six ones are to huge or small for the space and there all bent and one is retartedly long and pushed back my k9s aren’t were there suppose to be eather. so feed back would be fantastic.

Yes, you can have any tooth replaced with an establish. BUT……Did you know implants cost about $ 6,000.00 PER TOOTH (at least here in Southern California). Sometimes implants don’t take or won’t work. I have one friend who has paid over $ 20,000 to have 3 implants done. The dentist did a lousy job and now he is in constant pain. Do your homework on this one. There are several additional methods you can try that are a small cheaper (veneers,lumineers.braces,etc.) Dentist are well known for getting paid 5 or 6 times more than there work is worth. Many California citizens go to Mexico to have their dental work done. It costs about 75% LESS in Mexico.

Implant or bridge?

I have one tooth gone terrible in between two veeners. an establish seems ideal, but it seems like a long coming up process for the pulling of the tooth, tooth graffing, healing (4 months)..etc, the flip side I may maybe get a join but the 3 teeth then would be solid collectively and won’t be able to floss, and I feel like public might notice the join more then an establish. What should i do?

An establish is the best way to go, on the additional hand you do have a point but your dentist can place a temporary tooth there. You should question your dentist what kind of temporary he can out there, some like the one tooth on a plate. others can place a temporary crown some how. If you choose the join, they don’t always look terrible. The join can be made so your lip can cover the gum line, then it will not be so noticeable. Talk it over with your dentist and they can help you get the natural smile you’re looking for.

On a forum like this, it is not possible to say which one will be best for you. Each type has its pros and cons in different situations. An establish is not always the best.
If the adjacent teeth have been hurt in the past, then I would tend to suggest a join. A join is nearly self-cleaning, and you can get some specific floss for cleaning bottom anyway.
If the adjacent teeth have never been drilled, then I tend to suggest an establish.
Whichever way you go, there will be a few months of healing before you get the finished product. Any will look brilliant if done properly. An establish will be much more expensive. Get a couple of opinions.

Go for the establish it is more expensive than the join but it lasts much longer than the join. A join will need to be refit every so often as your mouth changes when public age. check with your dentist to see what they recommed too. Excellent luck!

Ciao. I had my second Root canal treatment on a back tooth in ’04. it was required by an infection in the root. Well, just found out days gone by, the same root is infected again. my dentist recommends (in order of the recommendations) with amputation of the root so I had 2 roots hold the next tooth, go to the gums (OW) and “fill” the tip of the root as a hollow space, join or establish. I’m not sure what to do, I am appalled by dentists. has anyone ever been amputated or a root filled the root? if at all possible, I want to save the tooth. I’m in middle age and are plotting more with my teeth for a while, if possible! Thanks

I doubt very much a reputable dentist would do this and also do you have any thought of the cost of this? It would not be covered by any
dental plot and the last I hear the cost for a stable tooth was
around 10,000 EACH.

Yes if you can find a dentist who will do it. But be advised dental implants are tremendously expensive. I had one done and it cost me $ 2700 to replace one tooth.

Whoa….you don’t want to get your stable teeth extracted, in fact I would be really shocked if a reputable dentist would voluntarily take them out….Look, Implants when they work, are fantastic…but, implants are working on a national average of about 82%….A major issue is that there are no current tests that can determine if your body will accept the implants with a 100% guarantee…The fact is, your far better off with bent natural teeth than you are with implants that might go terrible…here’s my advice to make you look excellent. Go to a dentist and get evaluated with regard to having Porcelain Veneers made and placed over your bent natural teeth…The Veneers can be made in a variety of shapes, thickness and color. Get that evaluation before you give further consideration about implants. Excellent luck and I wish you well.

I have a fake tooth cause it got knocked out by a golf club (I know ouch) and I need to get a stable establish in soon, obviously my tooth had to be removed cause it was cracked right down the middle so I didn’t have it removed but you can beyond doubt get implants, my fake tooth will be emotionally involved to a nail which will have been drilled into my gum (don’t worry my mouth will be numbed).

I wouldn’t do it if you have to wait to have at least month for a new one place in cause you would have to get a fake one so the whole doesn’t close up this costs a lot of money also if you did decied to get a fake one you always have to take it out for when you go swimming, skiing etc……
