is on 3 Root canal for the same tooth, the dentist recommended root amputation! Help?
Ciao. I had my second Root canal treatment on a back tooth in ’04. it was required by an infection in the root. Well, just found out days gone by, the same root is infected again. my dentist recommends (in order of the recommendations) with amputation of the root so I had 2 roots hold the next tooth, go to the gums (OW) and “fill” the tip of the root as a hollow space, join or establish. I’m not sure what to do, I am appalled by dentists. has anyone ever been amputated or a root filled the root? if at all possible, I want to save the tooth. I’m in middle age and are plotting more with my teeth for a while, if possible! Thanks

The success rate of a root canal goes renewed with each of the root canal.
