Has anyone gone to the dental implant clinic in NY and paid $495 for each tooth?Is this for real?

I never had but my fiancee doesn’t have one of his back molors. It never came in and the dentist said it would be about 500 for the implant

The New York University College of Dentistry has an implant program.. Their fee is $ 700 per implant which is very reasonable. The abutment and crown are separate though (expect to pay $ 1500 for those).
