Doesn’t really hurt. There’s no nerves in bone so there’s no pain.
They numb you a small since they have to cut some gum.
No huge deal.

Had three. Only pain was to my wallet.

Dental establish doesn’t really hurt because dentist would give you community anesthesia. Even if there’s no pain but you’ll have the sensation of something drilling and screwing your jaw bone. It’s vital to take excellent care of the establish placed for you wouldn’t want to repeat the whole procedure again to redo a dental establish. Best wishes.

If you already got the dental implants then you might know already that it doesn’t hurt as much as you imagined . Your dentist will give you a community anesthesia during the procedure and painkillers for the pain after surgery. In about a weeks time all the pain will usually subside.
