i have a loose & infectious molar tooth, can it be cured without extracting it?

The root of the tooth has gone sceptic and currently i am on a dosage of antibiotics. My dentist has advised me to take it out and go for an establish or a join.

Yes, via a very expensive root canal. I just had 2 wisdom teeth and two infected molars removed a week ago. They may maybe have saved the molars, but that would have cost $ 1200 per tooth.

If your tooth is baggy it probably earnings that infection has surrounded the root of your tooth and not even a root canal can save it, if there is no additional option but to pull it, go with the establish if you have the money, if not, i would recomend the small partial(at least until you save for an establish) because if you go with the fixed join that earnings that your adjacent teeth would have to be filed down and thats not a excellent thought unless they have decayed also.
take care, bye.

One additional point — if the tooth (or teeth) are baggy you may have experienced some bone loss in the jaw — not much that can be done about that.

Whatever the cause, get to a dentist as soon as you can..

cost dental establish surgery

I had a root canal done about 2 yrs ago and the tooth built up around it has since cracked and broke off. In essence, the tooth is completely missing but the “root” my dentist place in is still there.

Anyways, I’d really like to get braces but I’m not sure if I need to get some sort of crown/establish done beforehand, what do you guys reckon?

The best business to do would be to have a consulatation with an orthodontist. I bet it all depends on here the tooth is that needs the crown or establish.

Answer by Doc…
If the crown part of RC treated tooth is completely missing and the root of that tooth is only present, you need to go for extraction of that root part and then you go for your braces if you need them.
