Q&A: Should I tell a girl that fixing to be my girlfriend that I have a fake tooth?
I am in the process of getting an establish (stable fake tooth), but in the meantime I have to wear a fake tooth on a invisalign like retainer, and it is one of my two front teeth. It is not real noticeable to public(the retainer) but since we get close she did and questioned if it was invisalign, and I said yes. In reality it is just to wear my fake tooth. Im debating if she would be freaked out and lose interest if she sees that i am toothless without the retainer…what do you reckon…tell her…or keep it a secret till I get my stable tooth in 4 months? im pretty sure I can keep it a secret for that long…just cant take off the retainer around her!!

I just had the same business happen to me, I had a fake tooth in a retainer and it was one of my two front teeth. I kept mine from my boyfriend for a month or two and he never noticed. Its not really a huge deal if you tell her or not, she might not ever find out. I never took my retainer off, I ate with it and I kissed with it and he never noticed, at all.

I’ve had two lymph nodes at the top area of my neck for over a month now. I went to the doctor a couple weeks ago; she said no additional nodes seemed swollen. She also checked for a sinus and/or ear infection, both negative. She siad it may maybe be allergies and gave me a nasal spray.
The two nodes are still swollen…they go up and down in swolleness. I got an establish on my bottom row of teeth nearly a year ago; the tooth next to the establish is also a baby tooth. I’ve noticed the gum under that tooth slightly swollen, and occasionally I have an ache on that side of the mouth – I can’t tell which tooth it’s quicker too, the baby one or the establish.
Anyway, is it possible my nodes are swollen due to a tooth issue? Since it’s not really a pain but an ache, and not all the time, should I schedule a dentist appointment or wait til my next cleaning (in November)?

I had swollen glands in my throat from an abscessed tooth once. It was dreadful. If you reckon you might have a tooth issue, go to the dentist as soon as you can. Don’t wait for it to get worse.

Yes.
The fact they go up and down in size indicates that they’re nothing to worry about. It’s just your body trying to fight the infection.
I’d get your teeth sorted quicker rather than later..
